
The signature will now automatically appear at the bottom of new messages, when using your Outlook email. Under Email signature, type your signature and use the available formatting options to change its appearance. Select Settings > View all Outlook settings at the top of the page. Go to the ‘Options’ menu that is located in a list on the right. Open your Outlook application on PC and press ‘File.’. Select the OK button on the Outlook Options box. Create an email signature that you can add automatically to all outgoing messages or add manually to specific ones. In the Select signature to edit box, choose the signature you want to add a logo or image to. Enter the information you would like to appear in your signature in the Edit signature box. Open a new message and then select Signature > Signatures.

Type a name for your New E-mail signature (Figure 2).To create a new signature, press New under Select signature to edit box on the E-mail Signature tab.
